Your Colorado Wedding Reception at the Manor


At Lionscrest you will work with a team of specialists who can help you choose from a wide array of packages and time frames. We are here to assist you in creating an event that will flow smoothly and have the look and feel that you desire. Your Walk-thru meeting with a Lionscrest staff member and your Caterer holds the key to creating a successful and memorable event. The main goal of this work session is to help you to gain perspective of your future event. The Cocktail Hour - typically follows directly after the ceremony. Guest will be directed upstairs to our cocktail and bar area where they may enjoy drinks, appetizers and music. We can set chairs and cabaret tables indoors and out on the Skyline deck so they may also enjoy the views. This is a great opportunity for you to finish up photos with family and bridal party. When the photos are finished we will open the ballroom doors and invite your guests in to be seated.

Brunch/Lunch or Dinner -Picture the two of you entering the ballroom as you are announced as husband and wife for the first time, being greeted with cheers of joy and congratulations from your family and friends. As you descend the grand staircase to the ballroom floor, the music begins to play for your first dance. When the song has ended, you listen to the welcoming toast or blessing. As you head to your seats the announcement is made for the meal service to begin. You may choose from a variety of options ranging from buffet, cocktail, stations or a plated meal. Please contact one of our approved caterers to discuss your desires so they can create a custom menu from your selections.

As the meal begins guests will soak in the views, fine food and delightful conversation. Make sure you two take time for yourselves; it all seems to go by so quickly. After the meal most events typically continue with toasts, cake-cutting and, of course, dancing.

Dancing - Whether you have selected a Band or DJ you will find it relaxing to know that at Lionscrest there is no transition to another area; the dance floor is built right into the ballroom floor, allowing guests to keep their seats while the party continues. With lights dimmed, the space invites everyone to partake in the festivities.

Send-Off - At the end of the reception many couples choose to have a send-off in our courtyard area where the guests can say goodbye and wish the couple well.
