Event of 4 hours from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Afternoons

Event of 4 hours from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
From $3,500 - $5,000

All Day

Any 6 hours
From $4,750 - $14,000

These prices are for 100 guests. Groups over 100 will be charged $12.00 p/p (2007 season) or $15.00 p/p (2008-2009) for each additional guest, which includes Basic Dish, Linen & Bar Package, and White Wooden Chairs for indoor ceremonies. 

Additional dishes are available - please contact us for rental prices. 

Non Approved Catered events will need to add $1,200.00 to their facility fee ($600 service charge and $600.00 refundable retainer). 
This additional fee does not include cleanup and wait staff at your event.

Additional Hour of Event Time $200.00
Additional Setup Hour $100.00

Additional Charges may apply on holiday weeks.



Off-Season Pricing

(October, November, December, January, February, March, and April, May)

All Day Events

Event 5 hours starting after 11:00 a.m.
From $3,000 - $9,000

Off Season pricing is for 50 guests.  Groups over 50 will be charged $12.00 p/p (2007 season) or $15.00 p/p (2008-2009) for each additional guest, which includes Basic Dish, Linen & Bar Package, and White Wooden Chairs indoors.

Additional Hour of Event Time $200.00
Additional Setup Hour 100.00

Additional Charges may apply on holiday weeks.

Lionscrest is closed for events on the following days:
-Christmas Eve
-Christmas Day
-New Years Eve
-New Years Day
