Q: What comes with the basic bar, basic linen and basic dish package?
A: Whether your event includes the package for 100 guests or 50 guests you will receive: the basic dish package which includes a dinner plate, cake plate, flatware, water glass and champagne flute for each guest at the table. The basic linens include 14 table linens and 110 napkins (peak season) 7 table linens and 55 napkins (off season) with twenty-six colors to choose from. The basic bar includes unlimited Pepsi and Coke products, ice and bar glasses at the bar (i.e. wine glasses, champagne flutes, beer pilsner, soda glasses, coffee cups and etc. We do also provide the use of our standard chairs and tables for up to 250 guests at no additional charge for ceremony and reception. If you book the All-Inclusive package in addition to the above your package will cover all table linens excluding any overlays and upgrades.
Q: Does Lionscrest provide the alcohol and/or carry a liquor license?
A: No, you may purchase alcohol from where ever you like. The caterer is the one who serves the alcohol and therefore carries liquor liability insurance. We do have recommendations for liquor stores on our website. 9th Ave. Liquors will deliver for the event, purchase back-unopened liquor as well as offer re-delivery during the event. No cash bars are allowed.
Q: Do you host more than one event at a time at Lionscrest?
A: No, we only have one event at a time. This is what makes Lionscrest so private! We can do two in one day but they do not overlap.
Q: What staffing do you provide for events?
A: We provide one event supervisor who will be on site to assist with the event set-up, onsite ceremony organization, transition to reception and event cleanup. This staff member is not a coordinator. If you feel that you would like to hire the service of a coordinator we can give you many recommendations. Lionscrest also provides parking attendants who will greet your guests and show them where to park. We also provide dish washers who will clean the dish rentals in our kitchen area as well as assist with event set-up and cleanup.
Q: Is gratuity included for the staff?
A: No, we do not build gratuity into our pricing. We feel that this is an item that should be left at your discretion. If you feel like our staff has provided outstanding service and support you can provide a tip but it is not required.
Q: What do you do if the weather turns bad before/during the ceremony?
A: In the event of inclement weather Lionscrest staff and the catering staff will be aware of your back-up plans and can move everything indoors in 15 to 20 minutes. These are issues that you will discuss at your walk-thru and rehearsal. We also provide road eminence for our off-season events should plowing or sanding be required.
Q: Are there any fees for having your ceremony at Lionscrest?
A: There is no additional charge to have your ceremony at Lionscrest Manor. We include the set-up of our standard ceremony chairs for up to 250 guests as well. You do have the option to upgrade to white wooden chairs for your outdoor service for an additional fee.

A: Lionscrest can host events for up to 250 guests.
Q: How many guests do you seat at a table?
A: The majority of our guest tables are 5’ round tables that seat 8 to 10 guests. We do also have a variety of other table shapes and sizes to fit your event needs.
