Ceremony and Reception Seating
There are three options of chairs for your event. They are broken out below with upgrade costs for each. You will make your decision about the chairs for your event at your scheduled Walk-thru.
White Resin Chairs
These chairs are the standard option included in each package for an outdoor ceremony. They place well on the outdoor surface of the lawn and offer arms for guests. These chairs are great for use when weather is questionable as they are easily wiped off if they get wet. These chairs are used as the standard for all outdoor activities.
White Folding Chairs
These chairs are standard for all indoor uses. Indoor ceremonies and receptions are set with this option as a standard. White Folding Chairs can be used for an outside ceremony, but do require an upgrade of $1 per guest to cover moving them into the reception following the ceremony and wiping the legs off to keep them clean. This upgrade can be chosen at your Walk-thru meeting with Lionscrest and your Caterer. If weather is questionable, this option will be considered by the day of facility supervisor. These chairs are much harder to simply wipe off and start a ceremony if it rains.
Gold Cane Chairs
This is an upgrade option for indoor use only. They do not sit well on outdoor surfaces due to the surface area of the legs and we do not allow them to be used for an outdoor ceremony. They do add a classy and "high elegance" touch to any event and come with an ivory linen covered pad for sitting. These are available at a rate of $6 per guest and can be added at your Walk-thru with Lionscrest and your Caterer.
If you require any other chair option for your event, you will have to arrange this with an outside party to deliver, set-up, strike, remove and pick-up. Please discuss your options with the Lionscrest staff if you require assistance.
Lighting
Our candlelight chandeliers set a classic, magical mood.
White party lights--softly filtered through tulle--adds to the romance. See LCM Staff member for pricing.
Or, add garden lanterns for a fun, festive look.
The white lanterns can be outfitted with colored bulbs to set the perfect mood for your event.
