Basic Inclusive Package
Our basic package provides everything you need to have an incredibly memorable event. Everything from the floral arrangements to the catering is taken care of. We have two different pricing structures. Please see the Peak Season Rates for summer events, and our Off Season Rates for all other times. This package includes the first 100 guests. You can customize your package by adding additional guests, upgrading services and even removing select vendors.
Deluxe Inclusive Package
Our deluxe package upgrades your event from the basic inclusive. This is the next step up for those couples looking to take their event to another level. This package builds on the basic inclusive with all of the standard vendors included and then some.
WE CAN'T WAIT (Late Booking Package)
This is the perfect package for those couples who want to get married in less than 120 days from booking. The package teams up a beautiful Lionscrest wedding with a complete vendor grouping to service all of your special events needs. This package offers couples a tremendous savings as it is based on remaining dates within the 120 days. So whether you book a Saturday evening or a Weekday Off-Season you will find this package offers you all of the best without breaking the budget.
Mountain Wedding Package
The Mountain Wedding Package offers couples a simplified Inclusive package for up to 50 guests which includes the Venue, Catering, Cake and DJ for ceremony and Reception. Like the Late Booking Package this must be booked at 120 days prior to the event.
Ceremony / Elopement Package
The Elopement/Ceremony Only Package offers couples a ceremony package for up to 50 guests which includes the Venue, Officiant and Florist. This package is available for all Mondays, Thursday and Fridays before 1 pm or any remaining timeslot/date 60 days prior to the event.
Colorado Basic Inclusive Wedding Package
Your Package for up to 100 guests will include:
Lionscrest Manor
- Two-hours of set-up and preparation time.
- Four-hours (AM or PM) or six-hours (All-Day) of event time during Peak-Season, or five hours of event time during Off-Season.
- One hour of clean-up time.
- Rehearsal time of one hour on the Wednesday the week of your wedding.
- Walk-thru/Tasting sessions with Greens Point & LCM Supervisor
- Basic Guest Service Package for your guests includes the following:Dishes Plates: Dinner, & Dessert, Flatware: Knife, Spoon, Forks (Dinner & Dessert), & water glass at table
- Decor Use of Lionscrest Arch & Choice of Chinese Lanterns or Tulle and Lights
- Beverages & Glassware -Unlimited at the Bar - Glasses: Wine, Pilsner, Rocks, Champagne, Highball & Coffee Cups. Unlimited Ice & Sodas.
- Base Linens All Guest Tables, Buffet & Service, Guest Book, Gift, Ceremony, Cake, DJ, 5 cocktail tables, & place card table.
Pure Sounds Productions DJ
4 hrs (AM or PM event), 6 hrs (All-Day Peak Season event) or 5 hrs (Off-Season event) for Ceremony/Reception. Includes Professional Sound System, One Cordless Microphone and DJ to handle all of your event needs.
Florist(Multiple Lionscrest Approved Florists to choose from)
Two Bouquets, Two Boutonnieres, 10 Basic Centerpieces & Flowers for your Cake.
Officiant (Multiple Lionscrest Approved Officiants to choose from)
for Custom Ceremony & Optional Rehearsal Attendance
Photographer(Multiple Lionscrest Approved Photographers to choose from)
for 4 hours coverage & Photo CD. Must be booked 60 days prior to event. Lionscrest will supply you with your list of available Photographer choices.Note: For Saturday events, a photographer is not included in the package. You will receive a $500 gift certificate to apply towards the cost of a photographer on the Inclusive list. This certificate holds not cash value if it is not used with one of our "Approved Photographers".

Deluxe Inclusive Upgrade Package
This new package we are offering allows you the couple to upgrade your Basic or Late Booking Inclusive Package. Your Deluxe Package will add-on the following items to your package for up to 100 guests:
Lionscrest Manor
1 Extra Hour of event time and choose 3 of the following for 100 guests:- Full Dish Package
- Full Beverage Package
- White Folding Chairs for the Ceremony
- Gold Cane Chairs for the Reception
- Overlay Linens for all Guest Dining Tables (based on selections carried by LCM)
- 1 hour design consultation meeting at LCM (call to schedule).
Pure Sounds Productions DJ
1 extra hour of event time and choice of 2 of the following:
- Lighting for the Reception
- Live Sound Reinforcement for Ceremony
- Slide Show Equipment Rental
Ceremony Musicians
$500 towards a ceremony music package booked with either Columbine Entertainment or Lyric Ensemble. Please visit their websites or contact them directly for a custom proposal.
Florist
$750 towards additional flowers with your Inclusive florist.
Catering Package

1 extra hour of event time and choice of upgraded menu. Choice of beverage (Coffee, Lemonade or Iced Tea for your guests).

Catering-Greens Point Catering- Greens Point is one of Colorado’s premier catering companies and has been working with Lionscrest to create amazing events for over 11 years. With fabulous gourmet cuisine, décor design and professional staff Greens Point will make this an affair to remember.
Cake-Colorado Rose Cake Co.- This local business is family owned and operated. We have worked with Marci and crew for over a decade and still to this day enjoy treating our staff to a peice of their delicious cakes. Photography- You deserve the best when it comes to your event. The memories you take away from your day will truly last a lifetime. Photos of your special day are one of the most memorable ways to create and share with others your love for each other. Music-Pure Sounds Productions- With over nine years of experience, this DJ team will take care of your musical needs. From the ceremony to the reception your DJ will handle all of the details to help set the stage for your big day. We consistently observe class, style, courtesy and professionalism with Pure Sounds.
