Conference Pricing

Lionscrest Manor is host to all types of events and conferences. From large gatherings to intimate luncheons, Lionscrest Manor is the perfect place for your company to host its next conference.

All-Day Business Conference
Monday-Thursday
7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hat rock and Steamboat Room:
$175 for the first 10 attendees + $3 for each additional guest.

Ballroom:
$275 for the first 10 attendees + $3 for each additional guest.

Entire Facility:
$400.00 for first 20 attendees + $3 for each additional guest.

What we provide:

Unlimited office services with secretarial services, phone, fax, copy machine and wireless internet access.
Customized set-up with tables, upholstered chairs, linens and an onsite staff member.  We can set up a variety of floor plans ranging from theater/auditorium, classroom, conference, and break-out groupings.
A/V equipment including LCD projector, large screen, overhead projector, TV monitor with DVD/VCR and flipcharts with pens.
A pen, notepad and water bottle for each attendee.

Additional Items:
Continental Breakfast ($6.00pp) - assorted pastries, muffins, bagels, fruit, water, coffee & juice.
All-day beverage service ($4.00pp) - sodas, water, tea, coffee, and juices.
Afternoon Snack ($2.50pp) – assortment of cookies, fresh popcorn, and candies.
Lunch Service: Please speak with us about a variety of customizable lunch options ranging from boxed lunches, buffets, picnics and formal meals.

Corporate Holiday Pricing
Event Rates
Monday-Thursday:    $950.00
Friday Evenings:    $1,500.00
Saturday Evenings:    $1,750.00
Sunday Evenings:    $1,200.00
These rates are for a 4 hour event. Additional hours and set-up time may be purchased. These packages include tables and chairs, as well as a *basic linen package.

Additional Items:
Dishware &, Bar Package: $7.00pp
This package includes: dinner plate, dessert plate, pre-set water glass, unlimited sodas, ice, and bar glasses at the bar (wine glasses, pilsners, rocks, champagne, soda glasses, and coffee cups).
